EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo. (AP) — A Missouri girl was held captive in a basement room for a few month and was raped repeatedly earlier than she was in a position to escape, in keeping with charging paperwork filed Tuesday.
The suspect, 39-year-old Timothy M. Haslett of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, was arrested Friday and appeared in court docket by video Tuesday from the Clay County jail.
